My Story

I am Rochanne Douglas , the founder of a high-quality early childhood education center that I’ve built and sustained for over 30 years, serving hundreds of families and children. My work extends beyond business—I am deeply committed to empowering families, advocating for underserved communities, and creating spaces where people feel supported and inspired to grow.

In addition to my work in education, I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur, building generational stability through strategic investments and business development. I am also the author of an upcoming memoir centered on resilience, faith, and transformation.

My journey has not been without adversity, and it is through those challenges that I have found my purpose—to inspire, advocate, and create impact. I believe my story and work align with the mission of highlighting women who lead with strength, vision, and authenticity.

CRACKED—my memoir & deeply personal story rooted in resilience, faith, and transformation.

In it, I share my journey of overcoming family addiction, trauma, and domestic violence, navigating teenage motherhood, and pushing forward despite limited educational opportunities. What began in survival eventually grew into something greater—building a child care center that has served families for over 30 years, stepping into real estate investing, and creating a path toward generational wealth.

At its core, this is a story of healing—of brokenness restored and a life rebuilt by leaning on my faith in God. Through that faith, I found the strength to keep going, the clarity to grow, and the purpose behind every chapter of my life.
